Dan Bark, the talent behind the acclaimed “Cadence by Dan Bark” in Bangkok, brings years of expertise to this event. His culinary journey comprises over 15 years of experience in prestigious kitchens, including the 2-Michelin Star Avenues and 3-Michelin Star Grace in Chicago. In 2015, he launched Upstairs in Thailand, which earned a Michelin Star in its first year, a recognition he has maintained since.
Known for his progressive American cuisine, Dan Bark’s dishes are celebrated for their innovative techniques and artistic presentation, blending complex flavors with visual elegance.
A Symphony of Sea and Land, the 7-course menu crafted by chef Dan Bark, is priced at VND3.5 million (US$138.39)++ per person. Each dish narrates a story, capturing the delicate flavors of the sea and the richness of the land.
