The “Rhinology and Head-Neck” conference, co-organized by Facing The World and Hong Ngoc General Hospital, not only disseminated cutting-edge medical knowledge but also aimed to foster robust connections between international experts and Vietnamese doctors.

Held on Nov. 23-24, the event featured over 27 presentations on the latest advancements in treating nasal and sinus conditions, thyroid cancer, and head-and-neck surgeries.

Doctors received practical insights into reconstructive and cosmetic techniques, addressing the evolving needs of patients. Key attendees included British Ambassador to Vietnam Iain Frew; Dr. Ha Anh Duc, Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management; and Associate Professors Dr. Le Minh Ky and Dr. Le Cong Dinh, Vice Presidents of the Hanoi and Northern Provinces Association. Speakers from the Hanoi and Northern Provinces ENT Association and Facing The World also contributed.

“This event provides an opportunity for medical experts from the U.K. and Vietnam to exchange experiences and share knowledge, working towards improving treatment quality for the community,” Ambassador Frew stated.
