Accused Sabir met his co-worker Naseem and planned to trap him, after which Naseem gave 50 thousand rupees to his sister-in-law. On the insistence of her brother-in-law Naseem, the woman lodged a case of gang rape against Saddam and others at Bedo police station. After which the police arrested FIR accused Saddam Ansari and sent him to jail. The family members of the FIR accused urged the IG to investigate the case. After which the team formed under the leadership of Rural SP Praveen Pushkar investigated the matter.

FIR was lodged in October

The accused woman had lodged an FIR against Balsorga residents Ragib Akram, Waqar Ahmed, Muddabir Parvez, Izhar Alam and Saddam Ansari at Bedo police station in the month of October. In the FIR lodged, it was alleged that the accused forcibly took her with them to Bedo area and raped her one by one. Taking this matter seriously, the police arrested Saddam Ansari and sent him to jail.

The accused land businessman Sabir Khan used to show dominance in the surrounding areas including Balsogra. He not only intimidated people through his personal bodyguard but also captured land.
