Falahari Cheela: Try this dish
3 medium sized raw potatoes
2 green chillies chopped
2 coriander leaves chopped
rock salt as per taste
¼ tsp black pepper powder
1 tablespoon desi ghee
1 inch ginger
– First of all, peel and wash the potatoes thoroughly.
– After this grate it finely.
– Add rock salt, black pepper, green chilli, ginger and green coriander to the grated potatoes and mix well.
– Apply some ghee on a non-stick pan and grease it.
– Take some mixture and make cheela on the pan.
– Bake from all sides, pour some ghee on the cheela also.
– When it becomes light brown, turn it with a ladle and cook.
-Serve hot cheela with tomato or green coriander chutney.
