Family demands CBI investigation, sent letter to President and PM – Read
After the death of notorious Vinay Tyagi, the family has raised many questions. Now the family has demanded a CBI inquiry into the entire matter.
Notorious history-sheeter Vinay Tyagi of Western UP, who was injured by the bullets of attackers in Laksar, died during treatment at AIIMS Rishikesh. After this, Tyagi’s family sent a letter to the President, Prime Minister and Human Rights Commission demanding a CBI inquiry into the matter. Vinay Tyagi’s daughter Tanvi said while talking to Amar Ujala that the inaction of the police has come to light in the entire episode.
Vinay Tyagi’s aunt and in-laws have also raised many questions. On the other hand, in the meeting of Tyagi Social Development and Welfare Committee, he strongly condemned the murder of Vinay Tyagi and demanded a CBI investigation into the entire incident.
While talking to the media, the deceased’s sister Tanvi Tyagi said that he knew the secrets of black money worth crores. Now brother’s family should be protected. The false cases against his wife should be dropped. Family member Praveen Tyagi raised questions on the role of police.
After Tyagi’s death, the police is preparing to include sections of murder in the FIR lodged at Laksar police station. After the shootout on the flyover in the city on December 24, the police had registered a case against an unknown person under sections including murderous attack.
Let us inform that on Wednesday, while taking Vinay Tyagi from Roorkee Jail to ACJM Court Laksar for his appearance, two assailants opened indiscriminate fire on him. Vinay Tyagi was hit by three bullets in this incident. After being shot, he was admitted to the Trauma Center of AIIMS Rishikesh on the night of 24 December.
After various tests, he was operated upon and shifted to ventilator. He died at around 7:35 am on Saturday morning. There was chaos among the family members after receiving the news of Vinay Tyagi’s death.
