Rajasthan By-Elections: By-elections are going to be held on seven seats of Rajasthan on 13 November. A fierce competition is being seen between BJP and Congress regarding this. At the same time, once again familyism seems to be dominating the politics of Rajasthan. Apart from these, RLP President Hanuman Beniwal has also made his wife Kanika Beniwal a candidate from Khinvsar seat.
Familyism dominates the politics of Rajasthan!
This is not the first time that questions are being raised regarding familyism in Rajasthan. Even before this, both the parties, be it BJP or Congress, have registered victory by betting on son, daughter, daughter-in-law and wife. After the death of MLA Bhanwarlal Meghwal from Sujangarh seat, Congress has given ticket to his son Manoj Meghwal.

At the same time, after the death of Kailash Trivedi, Congress has made his wife Gayatri Devi its candidate from Sahada seat. Apart from these, Congress has given ticket to Anil Sharma, son of Congress leader Bhanwarlal Sharma from Sardarshahr seat. At the same time, after the death of BJP leader Kiran Maheshwari, BJP has fielded her daughter Deepti Maheshwari from Rajsamand seat.
Hanuman Beniwal fielded his wife in the election field
Apart from this, BJP has given ticket to Jagmohan Meena, brother of Kirori Meena. Apart from BJP and Congress, RLP leader Hanuman Beniwal has also placed a bet on his wife, while Beniwal's brother wanted to contest from Khinvsar seat. However, Congress State President Govind Singh Dotasra has been seen continuously saying that only the worker who will work for the party at the grassroots level will be made the candidate. Despite this, when it came to giving tickets, nepotism dominated the party.
