‘Border 2’ is a potential blockbuster…

This time, director Anurag Singh has presented the story of the brave men of the Army, Air Force and Navy in a new vision, which is full of the spirit of patriotism. The trailer begins with the resonant voice of Sunny Deol, in which he explains to his soldiers – ‘For a soldier, the border is not just a line drawn on the map, but it is a promise to his country that no one will go beyond where he stands.’ Hearing this dialogue gives goosebumps.

Sunny Deol’s character once again appears to be the leader of the army, who is ready to give a befitting reply to the enemies. In one scene, he seems to be asking himself – ‘War is won not by weapons, but by courage?’ Which clearly challenges Pakistan. Fans are calling it ‘lion’s roar’. In the trailer, Varun Dhawan plays an army officer, who fights with the enemies. He has a dialogue – ‘Hum puja Ram ki karte hain aur tevar…’ which showcases his bravery.

Diljit Dosanjh plays the role of an Air Force pilot, who challenges the enemy from the sky. His soulful acting and action sequences have a special place in the trailer. Ahan Shetty plays the role of a Navy officer, who guards the border in the sea. He said – ‘We are in Indian border waters, the enemy cannot cross this line under any circumstances.’ One of the most talked about dialogues of the trailer is – ‘There are not as many people in your Pakistan as here, goats are slaughtered on Eid…’ Fans have reacted that after hearing this line, Pakistan must have been in a state of shock.

As soon as the trailer was released, it has crossed millions of views on YouTube. Fans are calling Sunny Deol’s acting ‘legendary’ and the dialogues as heart touching. The VFX, background music and action sequences are also excellent. There were some criticisms on the first teaser, but everything looks clear and impressive in the trailer.

The film is going to release on Republic Day weekend on 23 January 2026, which makes it even more special. Producers are Bhushan Kumar, JP Dutta and others. It also includes actors like Mona Singh, Sonam Bajwa, Medha Rana and Anya Singh.
