Shivani says,

Date 27 March 2023 Shaurya Dairy Farm was formally inaugurated on . On the same day he bought the farm’s first ‘Lakshmi’ i.e. the first buffalo. But due to lack of experience in this field, the initial journey was not easy.

The first purchased buffalo died due to disease. This incident was very sad and disappointing for Shivani. At that time many questions arose in his mind-
Have I chosen the wrong path?
Will I be able to handle this business?
Will we have to face such losses in future also?

In this difficult time their Parents-in-law Gave him full support mentally and emotionally. He encouraged Shivani and inspired her to move forward.

Shivani says,
“If I had not had the support of my family at that time, I might have given up. But they trusted me and that trust kept me going.”

Learning from the first failure, Shivani again gathered courage and bought another buffalo. This time he paid special attention to information related to animal husbandry. The result of hard work and proper care was that they started getting success.

Today Shaurya Dairy Farm In-

• 30 high quality buffaloes of Murrah breed,

• 12 cows of HF breed,

• And including small and big calves more than 50 animals Are present.

Shivani has adopted modern technology along with traditional methods. In his form-

These facilities have not only made the work easier but have also increased the quality and production of milk.

Shivani herself handles most of the farm work—fodder management, animal care, milking, health testing and transportation of milk to the market. Many times, when laborers are not available, she has to do all the work herself, but she does not consider it a challenge but an opportunity to learn.
