Lucknow. There is good news for the farmers of Uttar Pradesh in the new year 2026. The government has launched Tractor Subsidy Scheme to empower Scheduled Caste farmers. Under this scheme, farmers can get financial assistance on purchasing tractors, which will reduce both the expenses and hard work in farming.
Last date of application
This scheme will be operated completely through digital medium so that any kind of brokerage or irregularity can be avoided. The last date of application has been fixed as 15 January 2026. Therefore, farmers who need a tractor should apply in time.
how to apply
Application can be made online only on agriculture.up.gov.in portal. Offline or handwritten applications will not be accepted. Farmers can complete the entire process online sitting at home. Fill the required information, scan and upload the documents and submit the form.
Please note that verification through mobile number and Aadhar card is necessary. Apply on time, because due to server or internet problem there may be problem in application on the last day. Applications with incorrect or incomplete information may be rejected.
selection process
The beneficiaries will be selected by the District Level Executive Committee, which will be headed by the Deputy Commissioner of the district. Complete verification of farmer’s eligibility, caste certificate and land documents will be done. Verification of farming conditions and conditions of the scheme will also be done. Only eligible farmers will get the benefits of the scheme. The entire selection process will be completed with transparency.
