farooq abdullah attacked : Jammu Kashmir : Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Farooq Abdullah was attacked, Farooq Abdullah, who was attending a wedding, was shot by a bystander. But by the grace of God, his life was spared. However, due to this attack, the issue of security of leaders has come to the fore from political circles including Jammu and Kashmir. Meanwhile, the assailant who attacked him has made a shocking claim that he has been trying to kill him for 20 years.
Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah attended the wedding of a lawyer in Greater Kailash area of Jammu. He was also accompanied by security guards. But they were attacked from the gang that was walking with them. The attacker’s name is Kamal Singh Jamwal. A nearby security guard detained the 63-year-old assailant and arrested him. The police is investigating the shooting case and the assailant is being interrogated thoroughly.

Kamal Singh Jamwal, the attacker who attacked Farooq Abdullah, has made many shocking claims. Assailant Kamal Singh Jamwal revealed, “The firearm I have with me is mine. I also have a license for this weapon. I have been trying to kill him for the last 20 years. It is my personal agenda. He survived yesterday by luck,” he said.

Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and Patron of National Conference Dr. Farooq Abdullah was attacked during the wedding ceremony. CCTV footage of this fatal attack has also surfaced. It was clearly seen that the person who was walking with them fired the shot. But the bullet missed them. At this time, the people around arrested the assailant. Also during this incident Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Surinder Chaudhary was also with him. Surinder Chaudhary sustained minor injuries from shrapnel. He was also admitted to the hospital.
