Fastest to reach massive feat

England’s opener Ben Duckett made history on Day 2 of the 2nd Test against Pakistan in Multan. Duckett came and played for England when the stakes were low, and made a bright century to balance the game for his team.

In response to the competitive first inning of 266 by Pakistan, Duckett gave England a head start, as he put pressure on the bowlers.

Duckett scores his fourth Test century in just 120 balls, which showed his determination for the game. Duckett finished with score of 114 in 129 balls. Following his dismissal, England’s batting lineup saw a breakdown, as they lost three wickets for just one run. The visitors finished the day at 239/6, as they still fall behind Pakistan by 127 runs.

Ben secured his name in the books of history with his innings, as he reached the milestone of 2000 runs in his Test career. He has become the fastest player in history of Test cricket to achieve this milestone.
