Fresh ginger – 1 inch piece (grated)
Water – 1 glass
Lemon – half (juice)
Honey – 1 teaspoon (as per taste)

Method
Boil water and add grated ginger and cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes.
Filter it, when it cools down add lemon juice and honey.
Drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
