Fawad Khan teams up with Riddhi Dogra for new Bollywood Film

There are reports suggesting that Pakistani superstar Fawad Khan will team up with Indian actress Riddhi Dogra for an upcoming Bollywood film.

Fawad made his Bollywood debut in 2014 with “Khoobsurat,” starring alongside Sonam Kapoor.

As he celebrates the 10th anniversary of “Khoobsurat,” Fawad has also impressed fans with his roles in “Kapoor & Sons” and “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.”

It has been a decade since his debut and eight years since his last film, prompting Indian fans to eagerly await his return.

Initially, Vani Kapoor was rumored to be Fawad’s co-star, but recent reports now highlight Riddhi Dogra, known for her role in the web series “Aasur,” as his potential partner.

Riddhi has earned acclaim for her lead roles in dramas like “Maryada: Lekin Kab Tak?” and “Woh Apna Sa,” along with appearances in dance and stunt reality shows.

The news of Riddhi’s casting came on her birthday, though the credibility of these reports remains uncertain, even among Indian media.

Sources indicate that the two actors are set to star in a romantic drama for which paperwork has recently been finalized. However, details such as the director’s name and a production start date are still pending, as both actors are engaged in other projects. The film is slated for a 2026 release, with shooting planned in the UK, USA, and other international locations rather than India.
