Fear of deteriorating figure after breastfeeding? These 4 easy exercises will do magic, there will be no need for surgery

News India Live, Digital Desk: Becoming a mother is the most beautiful feeling in the world, isn’t it? All the troubles seem small compared to the joy of holding that tiny baby in your lap. But, one problem we women face is that our body changes after pregnancy and breastfeeding. And the change that bothers the most is sagging breasts or deterioration in shape. To be honest, many new mothers feel a little sad after seeing themselves in the mirror. They feel that now they will never get that old fit body back. But relax ladies! This is a natural process. When ligaments stretch, weight increases or decreases, the skin becomes loose. The good news is that you do not need to feel depressed or think about expensive surgery for this. Experts say that if you do proper exercise, you can tone your muscles to a great extent and get that ‘lift’ back. Let us know those simple workouts which you can do at home after putting the child to sleep. 1. Push-ups: Don’t be intimidated by the old is golden name! This is the best exercise. It targets not only your arms but also your pectoral muscles i.e. chest muscles. When the inner muscles are tight, the breasts will automatically look raised and firm. How to do: If it is difficult to do on the ground, then in the beginning you can also do Wall Push-ups with the support of the wall. 2. Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana) This is a great yoga asana. When you stretch it upwards, your chest muscles get stretched. It not only improves posture but also helps a lot in lifting the breasts. By doing this the lungs also become stronger.3. Dumbbell Chest Press: If you don’t have dumbbells, fill two water bottles. Lie on your back and slowly move the bottles up and down, taking them above your chest. It works directly on the tissues that support the breast. This helps in regaining the ’roundness’ and ‘firmness’ of the breast.4. Plank: This is a full body toner. Doing plank not only reduces belly fat, but it also keeps your chest in shape. Keep the body straight for as long as possible. The most important tip, friends, exercise alone will not help. Keep in mind that it is very important to wear a bra of the right size and with good support during and after breastfeeding. Also, include protein in your diet and drink plenty of water. Keeping the skin hydrated is also a way to keep it tight. Remember, you are beautiful just the way you are. This exercise is just to make you feel healthy and a little more confident. So, start this routine from tomorrow itself!
