New Delhi: Chinese automobile company BYD has announced festive discounts on its electric sedan Seal EV. The company is giving benefits of up to Rs 2.5 lakh to the customers on this vehicle. BYD Seal is available in three variants: Dynamic, Premium and Performance. Along with these variants, cash discounts and other offers are also being given on electric models.
Discount offer on BYD Seal EV
A cash discount of up to Rs 50 thousand is being given on the premium variant of BYD Seal, while a discount of Rs 2 lakh is being given on the top-spec performance variant. Apart from this, a maintenance package of up to Rs 50 thousand is also being offered on the vehicle in this festive season, which will provide more benefits to the customers.
Talking about performance
The updated model of BYD Seal is based on the 800V platform, due to which its performance has been further upgraded. The company claims that its top-end variant can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.8 seconds. The maximum speed of this vehicle is 240 kmph. The vehicle comes in two battery options, which have the capacity to provide a range of 510 kilometers to 650 kilometers.
BYD Seal prices
The ex-showroom price of BYD Seal's Dynamic variant is Rs 41 lakh, which gives a range of 510 km on a single charge. The premium variant is priced at Rs 45.55 lakh, which offers a range of 650 km. At the same time, the ex-showroom price of the Performance variant is Rs 53 lakh and this variant can cover a distance of 580 kilometers on a single charge. With this attractive offer of the festive season, BYD Seal EV can become a great option for those customers who are thinking of investing in electric cars.
