Film Operation Sindoor: Bhushan Kumar and Vivek Agnihotri announced their new film ‘Operation Sindoor’

Film Operation Sindoor: Filmmakers Bhushan Kumar and Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri on Thursday announced their new film “Operation Sindoor”. The film is inspired by the codename of the targeted military action taken by India against terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir following the Pahalgam terror attack.

The new film “Operation Sindoor” will be made under the banner of T-Series and I Am Buddha Production, and will be directed by Vivek Agnihotri himself. However, no disclosure has been made yet about the cast, release date and other information of the film. Film director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri gave information about his new film “Operation Sindoor” on social media on Thursday.

Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri wrote, “Bhushan Kumar and I have joined hands for #OperationSindoor—a story that redefined security in the subcontinent and exposed Pakistan’s nuclear lies. The film is based on Lieutenant General KJS ‘Tiny’ Dhillon’s book ‘Operation Sindoor: The Untold Story of India’s Deep Strikes Inside Pakistan’.”

Agnihotri further wrote, “Based on the events following the Pahalgam terror attack and backed by intensive ground-level research conducted in collaboration with multiple branches of the Indian Armed Forces, this story is based on reality… Its aim is not just to create noise, but to confront that reality with facts, clarity and the magic of cinema.”
