Fire broke out in 33 KV cable near Pundag IIM bridge in Ranchi, power supply disrupted.

Ranchi: Power supply has been affected due to a fire in a 33 KV cable near the Pundag Indian Institute of Management (IIM) bridge in the capital Ranchi. Due to this, electricity was cut off in Pundag, Piska Mor and some surrounding areas. Electricity department officials and personnel are present at the spot to restore power supply soon. According to initial investigation, some people lit fire on the bridge and threw it down, causing the cables to catch fire.

Now there will be gender column in land records in Jharkhand, Center has written a letter to the state government asking it to start the work.
The electricity department estimates that to escape the cold, the truck drivers lit a fire on the bridge in the morning and during this time the cable caught fire. After the incident, the cable is being secured by raising it above the ground, so that electricity can be restored as soon as possible.
