Fire broke out in Mahindra tractor agency due to short circuit, goods worth lakhs of rupees burnt to ashes.

Orai/Jalaun: A massive fire broke out at Mahindra Tractor Agency in Jalaun on Tuesday morning due to short circuit. Within no time the fire took a huge form, which was seen by the employees present in the agency. They immediately took out the tractors. Also tried to extinguish the fire in the basement and informed the fire brigade.

Half a dozen fire brigade vehicles reached the spot. There is a stir in the area due to the fire in the basement. The incident took place at Mahindra Tractor Agency located on Jalaun Orai State Highway in Kotwali area. Here on Tuesday morning a sudden fire broke out in the basement of Mahindra Tractor Agency due to short circuit. Within no time the fire took a huge form, seeing which the employees of the agency present there took out the tractors kept above. But the stuff kept in the basement started burning.

Seeing the smoke, the employees immediately informed the fire brigade personnel along with the agency owner. As soon as the information was received, the fire brigade reached the spot, which tried to extinguish the fire. Seeing the increasing fire, other fire brigades were immediately called. Six vehicles reached the spot, which are busy extinguishing the fire. There is a stir in the area due to this fire.

There is also an agency of TVS Motorcycle under the basement of the agency, in view of which the fire brigade personnel are continuously busy extinguishing the fire. It has been told that till now goods worth lakhs of rupees have been burnt to ashes in the fire. Smoke is still rising in the agency along with the flames, which firefighters are working to extinguish.
