Flop in theatre, superhit on OTT! Sara Arjun’s film ‘Euphoria’ created a stir on digital, got 8 IMDb rating

Mumbai: These days, a new trend is going on, the films which flop badly in the theater win the hearts of the audience as soon as they are released on the OTT platform. One such film is ‘Euphoria’, in which young actress Sara Arjun is in the lead role.

The film flopped badly after its theatrical release. Released on 6 February 2026, the film earned only Rs 1.87 crore at the entire box office, whereas its budget was around Rs 3 crore. But now the film has done wonders as soon as it reached OTT.

The film is currently streaming on ETV Win and is much talked about among the audience. It is available in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi dubbed versions. The film has received 8 ratings on IMDb and is included in the top trending list of the platform.

What is the story?

‘Euphoria’ is a social thriller drama, which primarily revolves around a teenage girl Chaitra (Sara Arjun). The film shows how a common teenager has to face the bitter truths of life, mental pressure, social expectations and identity crisis.

A serious incident occurs in the story, in which some minor boys are involved with Chaitra. The leader of the group is Vikas (Vignesh Gavireddy). Later, when Vikas’s mother comes to know the truth, she leaves no stone unturned to get her son punished. The film shows the entire incident and Chaitra’s struggle in depth.

The film is directed by Guna Shekhar. Apart from Sara Arjun, Bhumika Chawla, Vignesh Gavireddy, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prithviraj Addala and Likhita Yalamanchali are in important roles. The total length of the film is 150 minutes.
