1 If you want to make restaurant style golden dosa, then add fenugreek paste to it while making the batter. Remember to add 1 teaspoon fenugreek paste per cup of rice. Keep in mind that too much fenugreek can also cause bitterness in dosa.
2 Prepare a solution of semolina, flour and a little gram flour in a cup. When the dosa batter is well fermented, add the mixture of semolina and gram flour to it. Crisp and crunchy dosa is ready.
3. To make the dosa crispy, the correct temperature of the gas flame is also important. Keep the flame on high at first to ensure that the pan is completely heated. – After adding dosa batter, keep the flame low to medium. If you increase the flame here then there is a risk of the dosa sticking to the pan.
4 To make the dosa crispy, add a handful of poha to it while grinding urad dal and rice. You can also prepare poha powder and add it to dosa batter.
To make 5 dosas, put oil in an iron pan and heat it. Turn off the gas and wipe off the oil with a cotton cloth. Prepare a mixture of five tablespoons water, two tablespoons oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
