To make Palak Paneer, first wash the spinach thoroughly. Now boil water in a big vessel and add spinach in it. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes, then filter the spinach and put it in cold water so that its green color remains intact. Now make spinach puree. After this, cut the cheese into small pieces and fry until it turns light red. Now heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds in it. When cumin seeds crackle, add finely chopped onion. Fry the onion until it turns golden. Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Now add tomato puree to it and fry well until the oil separates. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add spinach paste and mix well. Then, let it cook on low flame for some time so that the spices and spinach mix well. When spinach and spices are cooked well, add pieces of paneer to it. Add water to it if needed. After this add cream in it. Now let the gravy cook for 5-7 minutes. Now add garam masala and mix well. Then garnish with green coriander. Creamy Palak Paneer is ready. Now serve Palak Paneer with hot rotis, parathas, naan, or rice.
