Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar expressed concern over anarchy in Bangladesh, said – If neighbors are good then help is also natural

Tezzbuzz Desk- Indian Foreign Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar, while participating in an event organized in Tamil Nadu, spoke on India’s foreign policy and approach towards neighboring countries. He specifically mentioned the ongoing lawlessness and instability in Bangladesh.

Jaishankar said that India always cooperates with those neighboring countries which are friendly to us. “Whichever neighboring country is good for us, we invest there and try to help them,” he said.

The External Affairs Minister further said that he had visited Bangladesh two days ago, where he attended the funeral of former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia as a representative of India.
