How to manage boundaries will be discussed after the tension has subsided.

Foreign Minister S Jaishankar News In Hindi: Foreign Minister S Jaishankar on Sunday said that the withdrawal of troops in Depsang and Demchok in Ladakh is the first step and it is expected that India will return to the patrolling status of 2020. The Foreign Minister clearly pointed towards China and said that the next step is to reduce tension. However, this will not happen until India is convinced that the same is happening on the other side. How to manage boundaries will be discussed after the tension has subsided.

Earlier this week, India announced that it has reached an agreement with China on patrolling along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern Ladakh, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said while addressing a press conference in Mumbai on Sunday. This is a major success towards ending the military standoff that has been going on in eastern Ladakh for more than four years.

India did not respond after 26/11 Jaishankar

In an indirect attack on the Manmohan Singh government, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that India did not respond to the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. But, if such an incident happens at this time, India will not remain silent. Double standards on terrorism are unacceptable and India will take action where needed to expose terrorism. Talking to journalists, he said that whatever happened in Mumbai, we should not allow it to be repeated. There was a terrorist attack here and there was no reaction. But, today under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is at the forefront in fighting terrorism and has a policy of zero tolerance towards it.

This is not the first time that Jaishankar has commented on the Mumbai attacks. In April he had said – After the Mumbai attacks, the National Security Advisor of the UPA government had written that we had sat and discussed. Considered all options. Then decided to do nothing. We felt that there would be a high price to pay for attacking Pakistan. Let us tell you, Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists had carried out the Mumbai terrorist attack on November 26, 2008. In this, 166 people were killed and more than 300 people were injured.
