This player, not Sachin, is the greatest batsman of ODI cricket, former Indian captain made a big revelation

Delhi: Former Indian team captain Sourav Ganguly has praised Virat Kohli a lot. He described Virat as the greatest white ball player and said that he is such a cricketer who comes only once in a lifetime. Ganguly made this statement during a felicitation ceremony of Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB).

Virat is the greatest white ball player

Ganguly said that Virat Kohli has created history by scoring 81 international centuries, which is a very amazing achievement. However, recently Virat's form is going through some ups and downs. After scoring a century in the Perth Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Virat scored only 85 runs in the next seven innings, due to which his form is being discussed.

Every player has strengths and weaknesses

“I was really surprised by the way Virat batted after scoring the century in Perth. He struggled initially, but I thought after scoring the century in Perth, it would be a big series for him, but I guess it happens. Every player has his own weaknesses and strengths.”

He further said, “You know, there is no player in the world who would not have this. It depends on how you adjust to your weaknesses over time while playing against great bowlers.”

Kohli will return to form in Champions Trophy

Ganguly said that he is positive about Virat and believes that Virat will return to his excellent form in the upcoming ODI series against England and Champions Trophy. Ganguly says that Virat will perform well in Indian conditions and he can still achieve a lot in cricket. He believes that Virat Kohli will remain the best white ball player in the world for a long time.
