Modi, the founder and commissioner of the IPL between 2008 and 2010 alleged that Srinivasan would appoint Chennai-based umpires for Chennai Super Kings’ fixtures, also accused Srinivasan of fixing auctions citing the example of CSK’s purchase of English international Andrew Flintoff.
