Former player Inzamam-ul-Haq expressed concern over the decline of Pakistan cricket Gujarati

Former Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul-Haq has expressed concern over the decline of cricket in the country and blamed the mistakes made by those running the game in several areas. Inzamam had said in Lahore that the performance of the national team has declined significantly in the last two years. He said that, we are not working in the right direction and are continuously making mistakes in many areas.

Inzamam, former chairman of the National Selection Committee, had warned that if no concrete plan was made soon, the decline would continue. He attributed this to the continuous changes in team management, coach and players. Inzamam said, I believe that the cricket board should now learn from its mistakes and avoid repeating the mistakes it has been making for the last two years.

He said that the performance of Pakistan team has declined a lot in the last two years. If we do not take immediate steps in the right direction, this decline will continue. We should sit and think about where we made mistakes.
