Former police officer Sachin Waze gets bail from Bombay High Court, will not come out of jail

Mumbai. Former police officer Sachin Waje got a big relief from the Bombay High Court on Tuesday. Sachin Waje has got bail from the Bombay High Court in the alleged extortion case of Rs 100 crore related to Anil Deshmukh. The Bombay High Court has directed the Special PMLA Court of the Mumbai Sessions Court to decide the terms and conditions for his bail.

Sachin Waje will remain in jail for now

Sachin Waje had filed a petition for bail arguing that other accused in the case, including Anil Deshmukh, had already been granted bail. However, Waze will remain in jail for now as he is in jail in the Mansukh Hiren Murder and Antilia explosives case.
