Former Union Minister's daughter cheated of Rs 3.5 crore, case registered against businessman

Former Union Minister daughter Fraud: Yojana Singh, daughter of retired General VK Singh, former Union Minister of State and former MP from Ghaziabad, has filed a case of fraud of about Rs 3.5 crore against businessman Anand Prakash. In 2014, a deal for a house in Rajnagar Sector-2 was made with a businessman for Rs 5.5 crore. Yojana Singh alleges that the businessman did not prepare the sale deed despite taking Rs 3.5 crore at that time. In this regard, Yojana Singh has filed a case in Kavinagar police station on Wednesday.

VK Singh's daughter Yojana Singh has said in a police complaint that she had paid around Rs 3.5 crore to businessman Anand Prakash after closing a deal for a house in Rajnagar in June 2014. Even after this, businessman Anand Prakash did not issue the sale deed.

Accused of making fake receipt

In August, a notice was sent by Anand Prakash on the basis of wrong facts, to which he replied through his lawyer. Yojana Singh's allegation (Former Union Minister daughter Fraud) is that there is a plan to embezzle the money given to her. It is alleged that an eviction case was filed in the ADM court by making a fake receipt. DCP City Rajesh Kumar said that a case has been registered in Kavinagar police station. A case is going on regarding the house transaction in Rajnagar. Appropriate action will be taken after investigation soon.

Case of house transaction in Rajnagar

The information revealed that a loan has also been taken against the house. A few days ago, VK Singh had filed a case against Anand Prakash and a media person for publishing news based on false facts. Also, Ghaziabad Police arrested the owner of a YouTube-based news portal for posting derogatory material against VK Singh in this case. In the complaint, VK Singh had said that the information published on YouTube is baseless and false.
