Former UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav gave a big statement regarding Aravalli hills, said- Supreme Court should consider this

New Delhi. Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav on Sunday appealed for the safety of the Aravalli hills. This appeal has been made after the Supreme Court accepted the central government’s definition of the Aravalli hills on November 20. According to the report, this definition states that the restrictions imposed against mining will not apply to any hill with a height of less than 100 meters in this range. In a post on social media platform X, Yadav stressed that saving the Aravalli hills is directly linked to the future of Delhi.

Former Chief Minister and MP of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav said that these mountains play an important role in reducing air pollution, controlling the temperature of the city and maintaining biodiversity. He stressed that if Aravali is saved then Delhi will remain green. Akhilesh Yadav emphasized that saving the hills is not just an option but a national resolution. Dear people of Delhi, if Aravali is saved then Delhi will remain green, so saving Aravali is not an option but a resolution. Don’t forget that only if Aravalli is saved, NCR will be saved. It is very important to save Aravali because it acts as a natural shield – or rather a God-made barrier – for Delhi and NCR. Only Aravali can bring back the stars that have disappeared from Delhi’s sky and protect the environment. Only the Aravalli mountain range reduces Delhi’s air pollution and plays an important role in rainfall and water. The biodiversity of NCR has survived only because of Aravali. Only this can save the wetlands which are disappearing one by one. It can bring back the disappearing birds.
