Parachute plane crashes during skydiving in France, 11 people including 5 children killed: Know about 6 major accidents

France plane crash: A tragic plane crash that took place on Sunday in Tomblane city of France shocked the entire area. 11 people died in this accident near Nancy city. The plane that was involved in the accident was attached to a parachute training school. All 10 passengers including the pilot were on board.

According to the local administration, people going for parachute jumping were present in the plane. The dead included 5 students and 5 instructors. The accident happened when the plane crashed near the airport area of Tomblane and within no time there was chaos at the spot.

Officers reached the spot

As soon as information about the incident was received, French officials reached the spot. The French Home Minister also left for the incident site. Keeping security in mind, the police have appealed to the people to avoid going to the accident area and the airport.

Why did the accident happen?

At present the reason for the accident has not been revealed. Investigative agencies have started finding out the reasons for the plane’s crash. According to initial information, this aircraft was being used for skydiving activity.

When did major plane accidents happen in France?

Tomblane civilian plane crash (28 June 2026): A civilian plane belonging to a skydiving school crashed near the city of Tomblain in north-eastern France. 11 people including the pilot, 5 instructors and 5 students died in this accident.
