When Ajay refused to give Rs 10 lakh, the woman started blackmailing him. Ajay alleges that after not receiving the money, the woman sent false complaint letters and filed fake cases against him at many places including Delhi to tarnish his social image.
The victim told the court that the investigation conducted by Delhi Police had found the allegations made by the woman to be false. Not only this, the police had also filed a final report on an old FIR lodged in Agra. Despite this, the accused woman did not desist and kept coming to Ajay’s house, threatening him and trying to extort money.
When no hearing took place despite repeated complaints at the police station, the young man sent a complaint to the police commissioner, but ultimately when no action was taken, he approached the court. The Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court, after examining all the facts, has ordered to immediately register a case against the accused woman in the Sadar police station. Police are now conducting a detailed investigation into this honeytrap racket.
