From boycott to insult…Pakistan lost 6 times in front of Mohsin Naqvi
The 27th match of T20 World Cup 2026 was played between India and Pakistan. This match will be held on 15 February at R.K. Colombo, Colombo. Held at Premadasa Stadium. Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Mohsin Naqvi was also present in the stadium to watch the match. He was seen leaving the stadium soon after Pakistan lost the match.
Before the start of this match, a lot of drama was seen from Pakistan’s side, which was led by PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi himself. Even the Pakistani Prime Minister announced to boycott the match, but then Pakistan decided to play the match. While before the match both India and Pakistan were looking in a strong position, after half time India completely dominated Pakistan and won the match by 61 runs.

Mohsin Naqvi was elected Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on February 6, 2024. Since then, a total of six matches have been played between India and Pakistan, in which India has defeated Pakistan in all of them.

- 28 September 2025 (Dubai, Asia Cup): India won by 5 wickets.
- 15 February 2026 (Colombo, T20 World Cup): India won brilliantly by 61 runs.

Pakistan had done boycott drama
Before the start of T20 World Cup 2026, Pakistan created a lot of drama. When ICC expelled Bangladesh from the tournament, Pakistan decided to boycott the match against India. However, about a week before the match, Pakistan decided to play the match. Due to this the board had to face a lot of humiliation.
