Karan Johar came up with the idea of the show Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives when he was on a flight with his close friends. Bhavana Pandey narrated a funny story of this incident in Kapil Sharma Show. Bhavana told that when they were going to Delhi, Maheep Kapoor and she got scared during the turbulence in the flight, while Seema Sajdeh was laughing at them and Neelam Kothari was applying lipstick so that she could look good even during the emergency landing. Karan Johar was silently watching all this, and thought that if it was entertaining for him, it would be for the world too. This is how Karan came up with the idea of this show, which is based on the real life of his friends and is full of entertainment.
A round of laughter and jokes ensued

Kapil shared a funny anecdote while discussing Shalini Pasi's collection of antiques, in which he gave the example of Archana Puran Singh. Kapil said that someone had sold a vegetable seller's knife to Archana ji and described it as the “royal sword of Sambhalgarh”. On this, Archana jokingly said, “Meri life pe tu biography likh daal,” which created an atmosphere of laughter on the set. Kapil also joked that it was good that Archana ji never gives money, otherwise she could have been cheated. Shalini Pasi expressed her wish
Shalini Pasi jokingly expressed her desire to sit on the chair next to Archana Puran Singh during The Kapil Sharma Show. When Kapil Sharma asked about jewelery business
When Kapil Sharma asked Maheep Kapoor, Neelam Kothari and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni about their jewelery business, they jokingly asked whether they ask each other for help if a customer demands more variety. To this Maheep replied, “100 percent, we help each other. I make Chand earrings, Neelam is into diamond business, and Riddhima has a different style, she makes more everyday wear jewellery. There is no competition between us, but cooperation and support.” This response shows that there is a deep friendship and professional collaboration between these successful women, allowing them to leverage each other's strengths to make their businesses stronger.
