Tezzbuzz Desk – Bollywood’s talented actress Bhumi Pednekar is celebrating her 37th birthday today i.e. on 18th July. Bhumi, who has made a place in the hearts of the audience with her brilliant acting, has also been in the news for her tremendous fitness transformation.

Had increased weight by 30 kg for the first film
Bhumi Pednekar started her film career with the 2015 film ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’. In this film, she had to play the character of a girl who was overweight.

To portray her character perfectly on screen, Bhumi had gained about 30 kg. His acting and character in the film was greatly appreciated by the audience.
Complete look changed in a few months
After the release of the film, Bhumi started working on her fitness and within a short time she surprised everyone with her transformation.

The actress had lost about 35 kg weight. Bhumi had told in an interview that she did not resort to any crash diet to lose weight, but adopted a healthy lifestyle.
Fitness achieved through healthy diet and exercise
Bhumi Pednekar had told that she used to start her day with a healthy breakfast. His diet plan included fresh fruits and dry fruits. After this she used to go running, which kept her body active.

To stay fit, Bhumi does exercises like Pilates, running, strength training and weight training. She works out for about an hour every day and tries to remain active throughout the day.

After ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’, Bhumi Pednekar showed her acting prowess in films like ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’, ‘Shubh Mangal Savdhaan’ and ‘Bala’.
