Galaxy S25 Leaked Renders Hint at Upcoming Design
Renders of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series have leaked before the much-awaited Galaxy Unpacked event, which is scheduled to occur on January 22, 2025. Evan Blass, a well-known leaker, has published images showing considerable design changes and color options for the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra.
Galaxy S25 with New Look, New Power
One of the most striking changes will be the design of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which will feature rounded corners. Its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, is sharper at the edges.
This design shift makes it more similar to the Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus models, which already have round edges. The frame of the S25 Ultra is expected to be flat on all sides, which differs from the edges on the previous model being more rounded to be more comfortable in use.
The camera design has also evolved; the rear camera bumps now resemble traditional camera lens barrels that flare out at the end. This aesthetic change aims to improve both functionality and visual appeal.
Renders that have leaked online show that the non-Ultra models will have the same design as the S24 series but arrive in a new set of colors: light blue, dark blue, light green, and silver. The Ultra model will be available in black, gray, and two different shades of silver, both with a white or blue tint.
Internally, all models are expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processors. The Galaxy S25 and S25+ will probably feature a camera setup comprising a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 10MP telephoto lens.
Is the Galaxy S25 Series Ready to Dominate?
In contrast, the S25 Ultra will impress with more advanced configurations such as a 200MP main camera besides other lenses; a 50MP ultrawide, and two telephoto lenses at 50MP and 10MP, respectively, for enhanced optical zoom capabilities.
The company is said to be working to enhance video recording capabilities in every model. Samsung Ultra could enable the recording of high-definition video and feature some AI-powered video editing capabilities such as seamless changing of camera focal lengths during recording and an audio eraser for the removal of background noise in videos.
Additionally, as part of its unveiling during Galaxy Unpacked, the corporation is said to unveil new AI features embedded within its devices. These will have the capacity to compete with both Apple and Google in AI aspects. This also means photo-editing skills for users as well as user interfaces will get even better with the new enhancements.
There are also rumors about a Galaxy S25 Slim, which may be released as an ultra-thin version of the lineup. Details are scarce, but this model is expected to compete with Apple’s upcoming iPhone 17 Air. There are only nine days left until Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event, and the Galaxy S25 series is already creating much hype.
These leaked renders speak of aesthetic changes and big upgrades in terms of performance and functionality. While Samsung gets ready to announce these devices on January 22, tech fans wait with bated breath for what these innovations have in store for smartphones in 2025.
