Gandhinagar Sports Academy Under-14 Tournament: GCI’s spectacular victory against GSA Red Gujarati

Ahmedabad, 27 March 2026: The enthusiasm of young players was seen in the Under-14 Cricket Tournament organized by Gandhinagar Sports Academy. Under this tournament, a very exciting match was played between the teams of GCI (GCI) and GSA Red (GSA Red), in which the GCI team performed brilliantly and won a grand victory by 28 runs.

In this match, GCIA won the toss and decided to bat first. The GCI team, which came to bat first, scored a strong score of 170 runs after losing 6 wickets in the stipulated 40 overs. For the team, Yuvansh Jain scored the highest 69 runs while batting attractively, while Arnav Desai made an important contribution of 47 runs. Dewarsh Patel, who bowled brilliantly for the opposing team GSA Red, took two wickets while giving only 21 runs in 7 overs.

GSA Red, who came into the field to chase the winning target of 171 runs, had a poor start. Vatsal Patel from the team played a brilliant inning of 60 runs and fought hard to make the team win. However, against the lethal bowling of GCI, the team could score only 142 runs after losing five wickets in the stipulated overs. Finally, by winning this match, GCIA has further strengthened its position in the tournament.
