Gang rape with female manager in car in Udaipur, three accused including CEO arrested
A serious and shocking case of harassment of women related to a private IT company has come to light in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Here a female manager has accused people holding top positions in her own company of gang rape in a moving car. Based on the complaint of the victim, the police took immediate action and arrested the CEO of the company, the female executive head and her husband.
Case related to Sukher police station area
This case is related to Sukher police station area of Udaipur. The victim is a resident of Udaipur and was working as a recruitment manager in a private IT company since July 17. According to him, on December 20, a party was organized by the company to celebrate the end of year celebration and the birthday of the CEO. This program started at a hotel in Shobhagpura at around 9 pm and continued till around 1.30 am. Alcohol was consumed during the party and dancing and entertainment continued for a long time.
The victim alleges that her health suddenly started deteriorating late at night. On this some people asked him to leave the house. Meanwhile, the female executive head sent away all the other guests from there, after which the victim was left alone in the hotel. At around 1:45 in the night he was made to sit in his own car. The person driving the car was the husband of the female executive head, while the CEO of the company was also present in the same vehicle.

The victim says that on the pretext of dropping her home, the car was taken to different places. On the way, something like cigarette was bought from a shop, which was also given to the victim. As soon as she drank it, she became completely unconscious. After some time, when he regained partial consciousness, he found himself in an uncomfortable situation. It is alleged that after this the husband of the CEO and the female executive head forcibly raped her. The victim said that this act was carried out without her consent and despite repeated requests, she was dropped home at around 5 in the morning.
The next day, when the victim regained consciousness, she saw injury marks on her body. Some of his personal belongings were also missing and there were pain and wounds in sensitive parts of the body. When he became suspicious, he checked the recording of the dashcam installed in his car, in which he found an audio-video record of the entire incident.
After this, on December 23, the victim lodged a complaint at Sukher police station. The investigation of the case was handed over to ASP Crime against Women Madhuri Verma. Medical examination has also confirmed gang rape. According to SP Yogesh Goyal, the police have arrested the three accused and are presenting them in the court and further legal action is being taken.
