Gautam Gambhir's 'abuse scandal': There was a need to clash with team mate, Manoj Tiwari's big revelation

Gautam Gambhir: The tension between Gautam Gambhir and Manoj Tiwari seems to be increasing now. Even though Manoj Tiwari is away from cricket now, he said something about Gambhir that created a stir in Indian cricket. Tiwari revealed that there was even a scuffle between the two. Some time ago Gambhir had also called Tiwari a hypocrite.

This tension started during the IPL in 2013, when Gambhir was the captain of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). Manoj Tiwari told in an interview that at that time Gambhir was already angry because he had had a fight with him before. At that time Tiwari was batting at number 6 and his place in the Indian team was not even confirmed. Tiwari said, "I once scored 129 runs against Australia and was the top scorer, yet he was angry. After the innings was over, I had to go for fielding, I was applying sunscreen and suddenly he got angry. He asked me, 'What are you doing?' Come down quickly.'"

Manoj Tiwari's tension

Manoj Tiwari further said, "I was very stressed after this incident. During a match at Eden Gardens, the innings ended and I went to the washroom. During that time Gambhir came and said, 'Your attitude will not work. I will do this to you, I will not feed you. He was senior, I respected him, but this time I also got angry."

Tiwari faces Gambhir

Tiwari said to Gambhir, "Gauti Bhai, this will not do." Then Wasim Akram intervened and calmed him down. Tiwari said that he stopped that day, otherwise a scuffle would have happened.

There was a fight again in 2015

In the year 2015, Gambhir and Tiwari faced each other again. Tiwari told, "When I took leg guard, he was at slip and started abusing. Such abuses, which I cannot describe. I asked him, 'Gauthi Bhai, why are you abusing?' Then he abused and said, 'Meet me in the evening, I will beat you.' I also replied, 'Why in the evening?' Kill it now, come.' Then the umpire came and intervened." In this way, the tension between Gambhir and Tiwari is increasing.
