‘Get the transfer done wherever you want, but you will have to teach!’ After Nitish, now Samrat Chaudhary gives ultimatum to teachers, gives last warning

Patna/Kaimur: Amidst the transfer-posting of government teachers in Bihar and efforts to improve the poor school system, the harshest and most blunt statement of the state’s Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has come to light. While addressing a huge public meeting organized in Kaimur, the Chief Minister showed a very harsh attitude and warned the teachers in clear words. He said that the government is taking full care of every comfort and convenience of the teachers, but in return the quality of studies and education in schools will not be compromised even an iota.

Expressing his views on the new policy of transfer of teachers, Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary said in a strong tone, “Wherever transfer has to be done, get it done, I have no objection… but we will have to go to school and teach the children at any cost. Now there will be no excuse for truancy.” This strict and strict stance of the Chief Minister has made it completely clear that the government is now in the mood for big action to bring the government education system of the state back on track at any cost. In such a situation, it is certain that the government’s punishment will fall on those teachers who are still negligent.

Big relief of home posting to teachers and sisters

Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary also announced a big relief while roaring from the stage. He said that understanding the problems of teachers and their family constraints, the government has made the transfer rules very flexible and easy. He said in front of the public, “For the convenience of the teachers, we together have taken this big decision that you should move to an area very close to your home or village, the government has no objection to your demand.”

While giving a big decision in favor of women teachers, the Chief Minister said that our sisters who are teachers in government schools will be given posting in the panchayat right next to their home or their parents’ in-laws so that they do not face any problem in commuting. At the same time, our brothers who are teachers will also be given a golden opportunity to work in the adjacent block of their own home district instead of being sent hundreds of kilometers away from their home.

‘There will be no excuse for teaching now’

Immediately after giving such a big relief to the teachers of transfer and home posting to the desired place, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary also put his biggest condition in front of everyone in very strict words. He said in clear words from the stage, “I will give you posting in the neighboring panchayat and the block of your choice, but after this, you will have to teach at any cost. Now no excuse of any kind will be heard for avoiding the work of teaching.”

Making an emotional and strong appeal to all the teachers of the state, he said that they should go to school on time every day with full honesty and devotion, teach children with full dedication and fulfill their responsibilities in taking forward the bright future of Bihar. Citing the major structural changes that have taken place in the schools of the state in recent times, the Chief Minister proudly said that today the entire school system of Bihar has completely changed. About 75 thousand government schools of the state have not only been reopened but have also been completely improved. Now the only aim of the government is that the children of poor, laborers and farmers studying in these government schools can get the best and best education in the country.
