New Delhi: 15-year-old young player Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who is making waves with his explosive batting in IPL 2026, is the center of discussion these days. Vaibhav is getting applause everywhere after playing a historic inning of 97 runs in 29 balls against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the eliminator match. Impressed by this innings, ‘God of Cricket’ Sachin Tendulkar has also praised him, to which Vaibhav has expressed his gratitude.

Responding to Sachin Tendulkar’s praise, Vaibhav Suryavanshi said in a video released on the official website of IPL, “Everyone knows that he (Sachin) is the God of cricket. It is a big thing and a proud moment for us to have a great cricketer like him say such a thing. It is really a matter of great honor for me.”

Vaibhav’s strong performance in IPL 2026
It is noteworthy that Vaibhav Suryavanshi is in excellent form this season and currently the ‘Orange Cap’ is on his head. He has scored 680 runs so far in 15 matches of IPL 2026, which includes one century and 4 half-centuries. His innings of 97 runs played against Hyderabad included 5 fours and 12 sixes, in which he scored 92 runs through boundaries alone. Due to his brilliant innings, Rajasthan Royals were successful in scoring a huge score of 243 runs.
