A controversy created a big uproar in the District Judge's court in Ghaziabad on Tuesday. The police lathicharged the lawyers. Many lawyers were injured during the lathi charge. During the hearing in the court, the matter deteriorated when there was a heated argument between the lawyers and Judge Anil Kumar. The lawyers expressed their displeasure and started creating ruckus and threw chairs. On this, the police resorted to lathicharge to control the situation, which further escalated the dispute. After this, the lawyers vandalized the police post located in the court premises and also set fire to it. The video of this incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media.

Advocate Nahar Singh Yadav had requested to transfer the bail application of an accused to another court. A heated debate started between the judge and the lawyers regarding this demand. The lawyers allege that District Judge Anil Kumar raised objection on this issue and the debate escalated so much that the judge came down from his place and came to the lawyers. Meanwhile, the lawyers present in the court also became angry and the atmosphere became tense.

Chairs were also thrown in the court room during the incident.

It is being told that after an argument with a judge, a large number of lawyers had gathered near the judge's chamber. Seeing the situation, the judge called the police, who reached the spot and started removing the lawyers. After this incident, angry lawyers protested and also damaged the police post located in the court premises. The resentment grew so much that the lawyers raised slogans against the judge. After this clash, all the judges stopped work, and the Bar Association called an emergency meeting. A photo of the incident was also shared on social media, in which injury marks can be seen on the head of a lawyer.

This is not the first time that such a clash has taken place in the court premises. In July 2023, there was an uproar in Tis Hazari Court of Delhi also due to a fight between two groups of lawyers. At that time some lawyers were seen firing from country made pistols, in which five to six rounds were fired. This created chaos in the court premises, however, no one was injured in that incident. Lawyers stopped working during the uproar. As soon as the information was received, the PAC jawans posted on the ground floor also arrived and lathicharged. Angered by this, the advocates in the District Court started raising slogans. Meanwhile, a stampede broke out in the court.

Meanwhile, the news of fire in the police post created an atmosphere of chaos. The lawyers allege that they were beaten in the District Judge court room with the doors closed from all sides. In which a large number of advocates have been seriously injured. Meanwhile, Western Uttar Pradesh Advocates Association has expressed displeasure over this incident. Along with this, there has been a demand for punitive action against the officers and police personnel guilty of lathicharge. He says that if this is not done then a strong movement will be launched against the police administration. Meanwhile, the association has also called a meeting in this regard.
