4-Heat ghee/oil well in a deep pan or pot. Slowly pour the diluted solution from a bottle or ladle into the hot oil.
5- As soon as the batter is poured, a hole will be formed in the middle and the lattice ghevar will be ready. Similarly, add the solution little by little 3-4 times so that it becomes thick. When it becomes golden, take it out and keep it on the grate.
6- Pour syrup on prepared ghevar. Sprinkle almonds and pistachios on top. If you want, you can make Malai Ghevar by adding rabri.
