Giridih MP CP Choudhary is the main conspirator in the violent clash in Dhanbad, accused of instigating people in the police FIR.

Dhanbad: Giridih MP Chandraprakash Choudhary has been accused of inciting people to commit violence. The police have registered five FIRs in connection with the violent clash that took place at the Hilltop Outsourcing Company premises in Dharmabandh, Dhanbad on Thursday. In the FIR lodged by Dharmabandh OP in-charge Kamlesh Kumar, he has termed AJSU MP from Giridih Chandraprakash Choudhary as a conspirator for bombing, firing and arson.

Religious fanatic OP in-charge Kamlesh Kumar has written in his complaint that Chandraprakash Chaudhary instigated his supporters in this incident and played the role of a criminal conspirator in the entire incident. Along with this, the OP in-charge has also made Hilltop owner Ashok Aggarwal and BCCL Area-3 GM Ganesh Chandra Saha accused and has written that both of them hatched a criminal conspiracy for their personal gains due to which the violence took place.

Out of the five FIRs that have been registered, one party has named 62 people including JMM leader Karu Yadav, his wife, son and the other party has named 63 people including lawyer Sheikh Khalid. Both sides have been accused of assault, stone pelting, bombing, firing and arson.

Giving clarification on the allegations against him, Giridih MP Chandraprakash Chaudhary said that the police case does not make any difference. I will provide justice to the ryots and displaced persons at any cost. The GM of BCCL and the outsourcing management, along with the goons, have played the entire game. Neither agreement was made nor any forest clearance was received, despite this the outsourcing company wanted to start the work in a hurry. Coal theft is behind the whole matter, if outsourcing had started, coal theft would have continued for years. The entire atmosphere got spoiled due to the actions of BCCL GM.

Taking action in the case of bombing, firing and stone pelting at Hilltop Outsourcing complex in Dharmabandh, SSP has suspended Dharmabandh OP in-charge Kamlesh Kumar and Madhuban police station in-charge Piku Prasad. The police have so far detained and interrogated 17 people in this case. After interrogation, lawyers Sheikh Khalid, Shyam Kumar Chauhan, Ravindra Yadav, Nitai Singh, Hemant Kumar Gyali have been sent to jail. Subhash Singh, who was injured during the clash, has been kept under surveillance by the police in SNMMCH.
DSP Purushottam Singh, who was injured during the violent clash at Hilltop Outsourcing Complex on Thursday, is undergoing treatment. Chief Minister Hemant Soren had spoken to his father Ashok Singh on video call on Friday and inquired about his treatment. The Chief Minister said that the government will extend every possible cooperation in the treatment and if necessary, the government is ready to airlift and send the patient to another place. The Chief Minister also directed to take strict action against the culprits after investigation in this violent clash.
