‘Give us oil that is cheaper than Russia…’, Pak gets angry at India’s concession, Najam Sethi said – We were getting Trump a Nobel

New Delhi: The fuel crisis has deepened in Pakistan after the Iran war, where the government simultaneously increased the prices of petrol and diesel by 55 Pakistani rupees per liter. Senior journalist Najam Sethi, while making a scathing attack on the Shehbaz Sharif government, said that the same people earlier talked about giving Nobel to Donald Trump, now why don’t they ask for the concession given by Trump to India. Trump has given India permission to buy crude oil from Russia for 30 days, while people in Pakistan are troubled by long queues at petrol pumps.

The price of crude oil has reached $ 110 per barrel in the international market, but in Pakistan petrol is now being sold at Rs 321.17 per liter and high-speed diesel at Rs 335.86 per liter. Najam Sethi strongly criticized the government’s policies on the TV channel and warned that public anger could explode at any time.

Oil crisis deepens in Pakistan after Iran war

Due to the impact of the Iran war, fuel availability in Pakistan has reached dangerous levels. The stock of petrol is left for only 26 days, the stock of diesel for 25 days and the stock of crude oil for only 10 days. Despite such increase in prices, the government is not able to meet the needs of the customers, due to which there is huge crowd and long queues at petrol pumps.

Sharp rebuke on Najam Sethi’s government

Najam Sethi vented his anger on TV and said what kind of policies our government makes. He said that this people is so angry against you. If it explodes someday, you won’t be able to understand it, you will have to run inside a jet. Please do not explode this bomb on the public. If you want to tear it, tear it on yourself. These should reduce the facilities of our bureaucrats, officers, bureaucrats and our capitalists.

Saw the condition of the people on the streets

Najam Sethi said that I saw the condition of the people on the streets, everyone was very upset. Most of the motorcyclists who were standing in line and wasting their time should get some oil. Pointing towards the government, he said that the government wanted to increase it by Rs 110, but they kindly increased it by Rs 55, otherwise if they had wanted, they would have increased it by Rs 110.

Example of India and Bangladesh

Giving the example of India, Najam Sethi said that if you see in India, prices have not increased in India but they have made efforts to import Majid. He has taken concession from America. Panic buying has been seen in Bangladesh but prices did not increase there. What did the Pakistani government do? The entire burden was shifted to the people.
