Talking about the inside of this train, Radhika traveled from Mumbai to Lonavala. The Vistadome train ticket cost just Rs 700 and offered amenities like comfortable chairs, transparent glass roofs, clean coaches, large windows for panoramic views, catering services and even WiFi.

Fares and Facilities
This is a Vistadome coach, and for just Rs 700 you get smart touch automatic doors, reclining seats and ample legroom. In this, passengers are also given Wi-Fi, CCTV, catering services and separate space for keeping luggage in the train. Also, the train runs at a speed of 180 km/hour and is also provided with an observation lounge.

- Hill and Heritage Railway Routes: Kalka-Shimla (Him Darshan Express), Araku-Vishakhapatnam, Matheran Hill Railway (Neral-Matheran), and Nilgiri Mountain Railway.
- Western and Konkan Region: Mumbai–Madgaon Jan Shatabdi, Mumbai–Pune Deccan Queen/Intercity Express, Yesvantpur–Mangalore Express, Mangalore–Bangalore Express and Yesvantpur–Karwar Express.
- Eastern and Northeast India: New Jalpaiguri-Alipurduar, Guwahati-Badarpur, Tinsukia-Naharlagun, Jalpaiguri-Darjeeling Toy Train (UNESCO Heritage), and New Haflong Special.

- Additionally, in May 2025, the Uttar Pradesh government launched the first Vistadome coach service connecting Katarniaghat Wildlife Sanctuary with Dudhwa Tiger Reserve.
