Goa Nightclub Fire: Luthra Brothers will reach Delhi on Tuesday, Goa Police will take custody from the airport
Goa Night Club Fire: The investigation in the horrific night club fire case in Goa now seems to be reaching a decisive point. The main accused in this case and co-owners of the night club, Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra will reach New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport on Tuesday morning. Goa Police will already be present in Delhi and will take both the accused into their custody from the airport itself.
According to the information, both the accused will be presented in a Delhi court on Tuesday itself. The main objective of this appearance is to obtain transit remand from the court. After getting the transit remand, Goa Police will get the legal right to take both the accused out of the jurisdiction of Delhi. Police officials say that this process is very important for investigation.
Goa Police did not go to Thailand
Goa Police has clarified that she had not gone to Thailand but the accused were being brought to India from there. After the completion of the legal process, Goa Police will take further action from here. After getting the transit remand, the Luthra brothers will be taken to Goa, where they will be interrogated in detail on all aspects related to the night club fire incident.
The investigating agencies are also preparing to take the accused to the spot so that accurate information can be gathered regarding the causes of the fire and security lapses.
Many people died in this accident
This incident happened on the night of 6th December 2025, when the night club ‘Birch by Romeo Lane‘ located in Arpora village of North Goa. There was a massive fire. Initial investigation revealed that the fire broke out in the wooden roof of the night club which quickly spread to the entire premises. The fire was so terrible that the people inside the club could not even find their way out. In this tragic accident, a total of 25 people including tourists and employees were killed while many others were seriously injured.

As soon as information about the accident was received, suspicion started growing on Luthra Brothers. It is alleged that as soon as the news of the fire was received, both the brothers had left for Thailand from Delhi early in the morning and tried to hide there. Now he is being brought from Thailand to New Delhi. Goa Police says that after interrogating the accused, the real cause of the fire, disregard for safety standards and the role of the people responsible will become completely clear.
