Material

  • 50 grams gram dal
  • 25 grams of sago
  • 1 cup condensed coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped jaggery
  • 6 almonds
  • 6 nuts
  • 5 pistachios
  • 7-8 raisins
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
  • Salt to taste

  • For this, first wash the dal in clean water and soak it for an hour. On the other hand, wash it with sago and clean water, drain it and cover it aside.
  • After an hour, when the dal is soaked well, put it in a cooker and add some water to it and take out a whistle. Remember that you don’t want to overcook the dal, just soften it and press the dal between your fingers.
  • Now take a tablespoon of ghee in a pan. Fry the chopped dry fruits in hot ghee and keep aside.
  • After this, fry the cooked dal for two to three minutes in the kadai. Add sago to the fried dal and fry it well.
  • When both the gins are boiled well, add half a cup of water. And stir it well. When the water boils a little, turn off the heat and add one cup of coconut milk and mix it. After that start the gas again and keep cooking on low flame.
  • After two minutes the milk mixes well, then add finely chopped jaggery. Stir constantly on low flame.
  • When all the ingredients are cooked well in milk, then add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.
  • Finally add the fried dry feet to it, bring to a boil after cooking for some time and turn off the heat and serve the finished dish.
