Why are the prices of gold and silver increasing?
According to experts, after the weak data of US employment came out, there is a continuous rise in the prices of gold and silver. Apart from this, crude oil prices have also returned to the level before the Iran-America war.
The sentiment has strengthened in the market that the possibility of increasing interest rates may be less than before. However, in the last meeting of the US Federal Reserve, the new Chairman Kevin Warsh had indicated that interest rates could be increased once in the year 2026.
The Fed’s goal is to bring inflation down to 2%. But after weak employment data and softening of oil prices, the concern of investors has reduced, the direct effect of which is being seen on the prices of gold and silver.
