Gold-Silver Price: Gold and silver prices are touching the sky even in Kharmas, today all the old records were broken.

Gold-Silver Price: Even in the month of Kharmas, today the prices of gold and silver have reached another new high in the bullion markets. Neither Band Baaja Baaraat nor any Teej or festival, yet the prices of gold and silver are skyrocketing. Both metals are at all-time highs. The price of silver has increased by Rs 1523 per kg. Whereas, the price of gold has increased by Rs 2163. Including GST, silver has now reached Rs 215527 per kg. Whereas, the rate of 24-Carat Gold has now reached Rs 140216 per 10 grams including GST.

On Monday, silver without GST closed at Rs 207727 per kg and gold without GST at Rs 133970 per 10 grams. Today without GST, gold opened at all time high of Rs 136133. On the other hand, silver opened at the rate of Rs 209250 per kg without GST. So far this year, gold has risen by Rs 60393. Whereas, silver has jumped by Rs 123233. Both metals were at new peaks on Monday, today that record was also broken. These rates have been issued by IBJA. IBJA releases rates twice a day. Once around 12 noon and second around 5 o’clock.

Why are the prices of gold and silver rising?

According to experts, one reason for the current rise is the changing expectations regarding interest rates in America. The market believes that the US Federal Reserve may cut interest rates twice in 2026. Apart from this, US President Donald Trump is also advocating soft monetary policy.

Gold price according to carat: Today 23 carat gold also jumped by Rs 2154 and opened at Rs 135588 per 10 grams. Its price with GST has now become Rs 139655. There is no making charge involved as of now.

The price of 22 carat gold has increased by Rs 1981 to Rs 124698 per 10 grams. With GST it is Rs 128438. 18 carat gold has risen by Rs 1622 to Rs 102100 per 10 grams and with GST its price has reached Rs 105163 per 10 grams. The rate of 14 carat gold has also increased by Rs 1265. Today it opened at Rs 79638 and including GST it is at Rs 82027.
