Golden opportunity for a house near Jewar Airport! Plot scheme opening from 6th April

An important news has come to light for people planning to buy residential property in Noida. Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YIDA) has announced to launch its first big residential plot scheme of the new financial year. This is being considered a golden opportunity for the people who have been waiting for this scheme for a long time. According to Rakesh Kumar Singh, Chief Executive Officer of the Authority, this scheme will start from April 6 and interested applicants will be given one month’s time to apply.

Online application process

A total of 973 residential plots will be provided under this scheme. The application process has been kept completely online, so that transparency is maintained and more and more people can easily participate. After the last date of application, plots will be allotted through public lottery on June 18. This will keep the entire process fair and clear.

The location and size of the plots also makes this scheme special. These plots are located in prime areas like Sector 15C, Sector 18 and Sector 24A, which are counted among the fast developing areas. The size of the plots has been determined from 162 square meters to 290 square meters, to provide options to families with different needs. Of these, 755 plots have been reserved for the general category.

During application, applicants will have to deposit 10 percent of the estimated cost of the plot as registration fee. If an applicant does not get a plot in the lottery, his deposit will be fully refunded. However, for successful applicants this amount will be adjusted in the total price. This arrangement provides both confidence and security to investors and buyers.

Budget of more than Rs 11 thousand crore fixed

The authority has set a budget of more than Rs 11 thousand crore for this financial year, a large part of which is expected to come from plot schemes and recovery of dues. Apart from this, there are preparations to bring industrial, institutional and mixed use land schemes in future.

After the implementation of the new allotment rates, this scheme has now got the green signal. It is believed that this will give a new impetus to development in the area around Jewar Airport and better residential options will be available to the people.
